Cancellations
For cancellations under 24 hours, the full cost of the service will be charged. That said, I understand life happens, so please don’t hesitate to email or text and hopefully we can work something out.
Product Returns
Candles and gua sha tools are final sale. For skincare products, I offer a full refund for unopened and unused products up to 15 days after purchase. Anything after 15 days is non-returnable.
